Yoga Teachings in Daily Life-The Art and Science of Raja Yoga
The
basis for all the practices of this path and how to integrate the
yogic teachings into daily life. "Hands-on" instruction
in meditation, yoga postures, visualizations, affirmations, diet
and healing techniques. In-depth discussions of the paths of karma,
bhakti, and gyana yoga. Prerequisite: Level 1. Required
for Kriya initiation. Offered quarterly in 5 sessions in the NCR
area.

Discipleship and the Aum Technique
The
guru-discipleship relationship and the Ananda line of gurus; the
opportunity to take discipleship initiation into this path; and
the Aum technique-an advanced meditation technique to help
prepare you for Kriya initiation. Offered quarterly in four sessions.

Kriya Yoga Preparation
The basis of
the practice of Kriya Yoga and specific techniques to prepare for
Kriya initiation. Classes include the history of Kriya, the astral
spine, and how to bring the benefits of Kriya into daily life. Offered
quarterly in four sessions.
Cost: will be announced by the teachers of the Level 3 class.
