Lessons in Meditation
is the 1st part of the Ananda Course in Self-realisation,
a comprehensive study of the science of yoga that
has helped thousands worldwide and the core curriculum
taught by Ananda Sangha.
The techniques offered are non-sectarian, universally
applicable to students of all spiritual traditions.
They will give you practical tools to improve your
daily life; help you concentrate; awaken your intuition;
and bring you inner peace, health, energy and happiness.
The online version of this course, developed in
India, was enhanced with the opportunity to take
quizzes online and receive personalized feedback
from your instructor, as well as to participate
in periodic webinars. In November 2009 it became
part of the online courses offered by Ananda Worldwide.
The course is available on a donation basis to Ananda's
work in India. A suggested amount to offer is Rs.
1,500, the equivalent of what Western students pay
as a flat fee.
