Swamiji in Sevilla Spain
Swamiji arrived back to Assisi after a very
fruitful trip to Sevilla Spain. There were many
things there for Swamiji to do. He had a satsang
with the devotees from all parts of Spain. He
spoke at the book launch for the Autobiography
of a Yogi in Spanish. Swamiji also visited
the incorrupt body of Ferdinand III and the
tomb of Alfonso X. Yoganandaji said that he
was a spanish general who drove out the Moors
from Spain. After some research, Swamiji felt
that perhaps Master might have been Ferdinand
III who was a spanish general and king and also
drove the Moors out of Spain in 1248. Read

Italian Autobiography of a Yogi Book Launch in
Milan Italy
On 23 May, Swamiji launched the new Italian version of
the Autobiography of a Yogi in Milan, Italy. There
he spoke to an audience of over 500 people. Read the letter

Happy Birthday Swamiji!
19 May was Swamiji's birthday. He is currently in Lugano
taking a much needed break. As a treat, Here is a video
that has just become available of the Nayaswami Vow Ceremony
held in Pune in April.

Birthday Celebration for Swami Kriyananda in Gurgaon
We had a wonderful celebration for Swamiji's birthday
in Gurgoan on 30 April. Once Swamiji arrived, Nayaswami
Nirmala gave a brief talk followed by the choir which
sang 4 songs written by Swami Kriyananda. Soon after,
cake was served and Swamji blessed everyone. Many photos
were taken and will be available here soon on the website.
Swami Kriyananda's Talk at a Pune Business School Convocation
Swamiji spoke to an audience of close to 1000 for the Sadhana
Centre for Management and Leadership Development Pune Business
School convocation in Pune. He spoke about how to be successful
in business. He mentioned as a first principle that, "Business
is about people." He also spoke about how each person is
the centre of his or her own universe and one ought to relate
from one's own centre to another's centre. The audience
of young business graduates responded very well as you'll

Good-bye Satsang in Pune
Swamiji read two stories from P.G. Wodehouse: "The Clicking
of Cuthburt" and "Gala Night". In addition, he read a chapter
from his new book The Time Tunnel, a children's
story about 2 boys who travel through time and learn how
to become better human beings by seeing the past and future.

Swamiji gave two satsangs, one Saturday and one Sunday,
and everyone was able to fit comfortably in the satsang room
of his new home, even though there were about 100 people in
attendance. During the weekend Jyotish and Devi, Ananda's
Spiritual Leaders Worldwide and Nayswamis Dharmadas and Nirmala,
Spiritual Directors of Ananda India gave inspiring talks to

Swamiji Speaks at Dihika School Blessing

On Sunday, 21 February, Ananda Sangha's Dihika Living Wisdom
School held a blessing to mark their grand opening. Enrollment
has begun and they begin classes on March 22. Swami Kriyananda
spoke about the need for change in today's school systems.

attending. On Saturday morning we enjoyed a talk by Nayaswami

Swami Kriyananda Has Arrived To His New Home in
Pune
After months and months of preparations, Swamiji's home
has been constructed and Swamiji is staying at our first
Kriya Yoga Community in India.

new renunciate
order. How it is connected to our line of gurus, and what
Master has given
Swamiji to do in this life, starting with organizing the monks
when Swamiji
first came to Master in SRF. We had 65 new initiates: 35 pilgrims,
who will now be called by the name "teerthak," 14
tyagis, 7 brahmacharis, and 7 nayaswamis. Video coming soon.

Swami Kriyananda gave a an inspiring talk on Yoganandaji's
life and also his own time spent with him. Many stories were
told which we had not heard before. Also, the books:The New
Path and A Renunciate Order for The New Age were launched.
A special thank you to D.R. Kaarthikeyan for inviting Swamiji
to speak at India Habit Centre and for giving the introduction
for the evening.
Weekly Satsangs Begin in Delhi and Noida in January
Come and enjoy satsang with your fellow gurubais in Delhi
and Noida every week on Sundays, 10-11am. Delhi will hold
its first weekly satsang beginning 24th January. Noida will
begin its weekly satsangs on 31st January. Satsangs will
include chanting, meditation and an inspirational discourse.
Ananda Delhi Has a New Centre
After a long search and many prayers, Ananda Delhi has now
secured a more permanent place to hold satsangs and classes.
The location is Delhi Kannada School of Computer Science,
near Khan Market and Sardar Patel School, off Maharishi
Raman Marg and Lodhi Road. (Bus stop "Bharti Nagar")
Global Symposium for Peace in Lucknow
Acharyas Haridas and Roma were asked to speak at the Global
Symposium for Peace: Awakening Planetary Consciousness in
Lucknow in December. Attendees included delegates from all
over the world, teachers and children. Archna Singh, who
leads the Lucknow meditation group led yoga postures at

Swami Kriyananda is Coming to India
Swami Kriyananda will fly into Delhi from Assisi Italy at
the end of December. He will be giving a public talk in
Delhi at the India Habitat Centre on 4th January (see below).
He has been very busy writing his new books: The New Path:
My Life with Paramhansa Yogananda, Do it Well! and A Renunciate
Order for the New Age. Another exciting thing that has happened
is an Italian film director is interested in doing a film
about the life of Paramhansa Yogananda. Swamiji has met
with him and they are working on a script.

Swami Kriyananda recently visited Medjugorje, Bosnia where
there have been ongoing apparitions of the Divine Mother
since 1981. There he met with the visionaries who have been
seeing the Divine Mother since they were children. Swami
was present during an apparition and he said he felt a "strong
love" in his heart while it was happening. He wrote
that since his visit,"I feel so much bliss in my heart
I find it difficult to bear."
A New Age Renunciate Order

On 20 November, Swami Kriyananda (now Nayaswami Kriyananda)
initiated 41 people into the New Age Renunicate Order and
13 Postulants—a total of 54 people from 10 countries.
22 people received vows as Nayaswamis, 12 people as Tyagis
and 7 as Brahmacharis. Swamiji has recently written about
this order in his new book, A New Age Renunciate Order,
which will be released 4 January.
