In Delhi, we offer weekly group meditation;
free "how to meditate" class in Hindi and English by appointment;
and occasional Meditation & Kriya Yoga classes.

In addition, Meditation & Kriya Yoga, Level I, weekend programmes
are held several times a year.

Weekly Group Meditation

Every Thursday, 6:30–8:00 pm, 10/B Sagar Apartments, 6, Tilak Marg. Contact: 98100 56320. Sunday meditation will be resumed at a later date.



Free "How to Meditate" Class in Hindi and English

Raja Yoga (Meditation & Kriya Yoga, Level II)

The basic principles behind the practices of this path. Deepened understanding of how to integrate the yogic teachings into your daily life. A practical, experiential approach to meditation, yoga philosophy, the Energisation Exercises, yoga postures, affirmations, diet, and healing techniques. Necessary for Kriya initiation. Pre-requisite: Meditation & Kriya Yoga, Level I. Cost: Rs. 750 for 6 classes (or equivalent), plus Rs. 395 for the required book, The Art and Science of Raja Yoga. To pre-register, please call one of the main ashram numbers.

DIRECTIONS COMING FROM VASANT KUNJ

- Turn right into Mehrauli Badarpur Road.

- Drive straight for approximately 2 km. You will cross 2 red lights in quick succession (hardly 100 m apart).

- After the 2nd red light, there is an open park (City Forest) on your right.You will see sign boards for "Khirki Extension, Carriappa Marg" and a restaurant "Bangkok No. 1" on your right as the 1st buildings appear.

- Take a U-turn at the red light. (You can’t take a right turn because it is a T-junction.)

- 50 m after the U-turn, turn left into the road that goes past Bangkok No. 1 into Carriappa Marg .

- The 1st landmark is "The Country Club".

- Take the 1st left and follow the road till you reach a T-junction.

- Straight ahead will be 2 property dealers' establishments. Turn right.

- Take the 2nd left. (The 1st left is a small dusty lane).

- When you come to the "The Country Club", turn right at this junction.

- When you reach a V-junction, turn left into Forest Lane.

- Take the 1st left turn.

- The small signboard on the righthand side of the turn shows the name "Bhartia" at the bottom. Go to the last house on this lane.

DIRECTIONS COMING FROM MOOLCHAND

- Go past Chirag Delhi towards Khanpur.

- At the Khanpur T-junction, turn right.

- Drive straight for approximately 1 km.

- Turn left after the red light. This is the Carriappa Marg entrance.

- Follow the directions as given above in italics.
