The Path of Kriya Yoga Meditation Level II
The basis for all the practices of this path and how to integrate the yogic teachings into daily life. "Hands-on" instruction in meditation, yoga postures, visualiations, affirmations, diet and healing techniques. In-depth discussions of the paths of karma, bhakti, and gyana yoga. Prerequisite: Level I. Required for Kriya initiation. Rs. 950 registration.
